This hotel is also known On Yang Tourist Hotel, which was a bit confusing. Walking distance from the train station. The hotel has a nice garden area. Its Hot Spring appears as the default picture of the On Yang town's tour pamphlets and websites. The property is aged and not maintained duly. Some areas smells to old carpets and, generally, not very clean. The Hot Spring water quality is superb and medicinal. We loved the open sky hot bath. Next time, I will visit it in cooler month, with snow perhaps. Hard to find good eating place around except the Cafe Pascucci just across the street--it has a superb Tiramisu, probably the best I ever had.

very nice location however hotel is very old and while I don't mind old hotels it isn't upkept. if you visit this hot spring I recommend staying at another hotel nearby it

호텔이 천안아산역에서 택시 기본요금으로 가깝고 좋아요~ 오래된 건물이라서 그런지 청결한 느낌은 별로 없었고 입장할때 살짝 이상한 냄새도 났지만 넓다는 생각은 들었구요. 화장실 비데가 안되어서 건전지 교체 요청했는데 생각보다 바로 오시지 않아서 시간이 좀 걸렸구요. 그래서 노천탕에 있을 시간이 별로 없었어요. 온천물은 매우 좋다는 생각이 들어서 천안아산분들은 피부병이 없을거 같은 말을 하기도 했어요. 지인이 잠시 방문했는데 방문주차 시간도 4시간이나 넉넉하게 주셨었네요. 물이 좋아서 다음에는 가족들과 함께 오고 싶다는 생각이 들었네요.
근처에 신정호수도 있었서 방문하게 되고 아무튼 좋은 여행이었어서 다음을 이약하게 되어는거 같습니다.

시설, 직원의 어처구니없는 응대에 기가막혀서 글 남깁니다.
모처럼 친구들과 온양관광호텔에 모임을 갖기로하고 방 3개를 예약했습니다. 눈도 많이 오고 영하로 떨어진 추운 날에 입구부터 주차장이 마비가 될 정도로 엉망이었습니다.
안내요원이 없고 주차를 할 데가 없다고 말하니 알아서 주차하라는 말만 되풀이해서 처음부터 기분이 상했습니다. 결국 주차는 공용주차장에 했고요.
2시 반에 체크인 문의했는데 방 한 개당 5만원 내라고해서 그냥 기다렸습니다.
결국 3시에 입실했는데 이불은 찢어져 있어서 교환했고 방이 너무춥다고 온도 높여달라 했더니 중앙난방식이어서 어쩔 수 없다길래 그럼 이불을 더 달라고 하니 15.000원을 더 내면 주겠다고 합니다. 진짜 추워서 잠을 못자겠는데 난방 문제가 있는 거면 원래 침구추가가 돈을 지불해야하는 정책이더라도 이불을 주든 방을 바꾸든 해서 문제를 해결해줘야하는데 그냥 모르쇠예요.
그리고 욕실 배수가 안돼서 화장실에 가질 못했어요.
창문에는 거미줄이 그대로 있었구요..
안내데스크에 내려가서 추워서 못잔 것, 배수가 안되서 화장실에 갈수 없다는걸 얘기했더니 사과나 양해는 커녕 지금까지 배수 컴플레인이 한 번도 없었다고 하며 아무 조치가 없는겁니다. 그래서 직접 확인해 보시라고 했더니 지금 가서 확인할 사람이 없다는 말만 되풀이 하더라고요? 그럼 몇시쯤 확인 할 수 있냐니까 9시 넘으면 다른 직원이 출근할 수 있다길래 방에서 기다리겠다고 했더니 또 오늘 일요일이라서 출근 안 할지도 모른다고 합니다.
말이 안통하길래 책임자는 어딨는지 물었더니 일요일이라 아무도 없다고 잘라 말하길래 일생기면 책임질 사람이 없냐하니 아무 말도 안 하고요.
밤새 추워서 잠 못자고 병원에 가야할 판이라고 말하니 네~다녀오세요 그렇게 전할게요~ 라고 남 얘기 하듯 하더군요.
배수문제는 그냥 퇴실하면 나중에 확인해서 전화로 알려주겠다고 하고 결국 그 어느것도 해결되지 않은채 퇴실했습니다. 초지일관 성의없고 뻔뻔한 태도에 참으로 화가났습니다.
정말 편히 쉬려고갔던 호텔이 추워서 덜덜떨고 기분만 상한 여행이어서 처음으로 이런 글도 남겨봅니다. 가시려는 분들 고민하시고 선택하시길 바라요.

房間雖然舊些，但比較有特式，酒店那些職員都很和善，有問必答，但最好就是酒店一個訂房價錢包浸溫泉，這就更加好，現在酒店浸溫泉要付費9000韓圜一個人...還有，這酒店是以前英祖王上曾住過，就是這間酒店的賣點，又有個韓式後花園的特式庭園和靈槐臺石碑標記該地點。

오래됬지만 잘 관리된 호텔인듯 해서 좋앗음
화요일이 온천휴무라 아쉽지만
백년 가까운 역사라는게 놀라움
침대옆에 테이블이 있어 간단하게 맥주한잔 가능했고 화장실이나 침구류는 깨끗함
다만 방이 현관문에서 들어오는 우풍이 심해 매우 추움

온양관광호텔이 100년된 호텔이라도 관리가 잘되있으면 멋지 앤틱호텔이 될수있었을텐데 관리가 전혀 안되있어서 아쉽네요…

真的不錯。主要當地温泉歷史景點就在酒店內。是古代韓國王朝的温泉行宮原址上改建。地下温泉♨️是要再付費。但整體不貴有折扣。主要温泉水是含鐳礦物質對神經痛高血壓好。
